As Sydney enters another period of restrictions due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19), we would like to take this opportunity to update you on our approach as we all navigate through this period.
The Solaray Team have adopted safe working protocols that are reviewed in line with the latest government guidelines. We will continue to update these protocols as necessary if and when the government guidelines change.
We have strict Covid-Safe protocols in place for all of our staff, including our installation teams to ensure the protection of both our staff and our customers, and we will go through the details with you as a part of our installation planning process.
Social Distancing Measures
Our office space is configured to respect the separation required, and most of our staff are now working from home whenever possible.
Our systems are all running smoothly to help with your enquiry at the same level as we did previously when working from our offices.
Because our sales team are no longer able to do site visits, we are now doing consultations either over the phone or using Zoom video conferencing, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
Our installation teams have been briefed on the requirements of Social Distancing and will minimise any requirements for access inside your home. More detailed information will be provided during our installation planning after you have placed your order.
Protecting our teams and our Customers
Our teams have all been briefed on recommended personal hygiene practices.
All team members have been briefed on the symptoms of the virus and advised to not attend work and immediately seek advice from their GP if they feel unwell.
We currently have no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our workforce and are regularly providing updates on all government advice and media releases.
