Solar Sales Role – Smart Solar PV and Energy Storage

Solaray Energy is Australia’s largest and most trusted Smart Solar supplier to the residential and commercial markets.

Due to rapid growth and increasing market share, we are currently looking for dynamic and committed salespeople, working out of our office in North Sydney,  to be part of this exciting opportunity.

We only offer the industry’s market-leading products such as Tesla PowerWalls, Enphase Microinverters, SolarEdge Power Optimisers and panels from global suppliers such as LG; all backed by Solaray’s cutting edge technology platform and service delivery.

Solaray is a past winner of the Clean Energy Council Installer Awards, the LG Solar Partner of the Year 5 years in a row, and the Enphase Installer of the Year 4 years running.

About the role:

This role will suit articulate, motivated individuals looking for an exciting, challenging and rewarding first or next step in the Solar Industry with long-term career and growth prospects. All leads are from customers who have contacted us so there is no cold calling! We have the industry’s leading marketing system that delivers qualified leads on a daily basis to good salespeople – which when combined with our superior customer and market reputation means your earning potential is way above the industry average.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in solar sales is not required but you must have a background in Business to Consumer sales (minimum of 6 months)
  • A passion for helping customers by becoming their ‘trusted adviser’
  • A desire to work with and understand leading technologies in a fast growing industry
  • Ability to use internal software packages to manage your sales pipeline to ensure success
  • Confidence to ‘close the sale’ – no high-pressure selling!

Full training and support are provided.
