Solaray has been awarded an Australian First Project to install 30kW of rooftop solar and a 43.2kWh Enphase battery storage system for the Stucco housing co-op in Sydney.

Bjorn Sturmberg, a solar and storage project manager and postdoctoral researcher at Macquarie University and a member of the student accommodation group Stucco, announced via LinkedIn that the selection of Solaray for the job had concluded a 6-month selection process, carried out in collaboration with the NSW government’s Office of Environment and Heritage.

Solaray are the largest installer of Enphase Solar Systems in NSW, and an accredited supplier and installer of US-based Enphase Energy’s AC battery units. We recently installed the world’s first beta version of the Enphase battery system at the family home of Peter Thorne. The first residential installation of the technology is set to take place soon.
